Bone Medicine is a sacred, spirit-guided healing journey through which I work in deep relationship with my ancestors and Spirit. During each session, I serve as a vessel and conduit for ancestral guidance and healing, allowing the wisdom and presence of my ancestral spirits to guide the work that unfolds.

Each healing session is uniquely guided by what is present for you in the moment, creating a safe and sacred space for deep transformation, release, and renewal. Through this connection, we explore the layers of personal and ancestral experience held within the body, spirit, and lineage.

Bones carry the memories of our ancestors—their experiences, wisdom, resilience, wounds, and gifts. They hold the stories of where we come from and the connection between generations. Bone Medicine brings awareness to these deeper layers, illuminating ancestral patterns, inherited beliefs, emotional wounds, and experiences that may continue to influence your life.

With the guidance of Spirit, we work to release what is ready to be healed, restore balance, and reconnect you with the wisdom and gifts carried within your own lineage.
