Ancestors speak.
Bones answer.

May the dead walk beside you without burden.
May the bones speak only what you are ready to hear.
May healing come through truth, not fear.
You cross this threshold with respect.
You are seen by those who came before.
With the dead we walk.
The living we heal.
A Prayer for walking the bone path
Ancestors who came before, I call you near.
Speak through bones, through memory, through blood.
Guide my steps and steady my hands.
May I walk with the dead without fear,
Heal the living without haste,
And honor all spirits in right relationship.
By bone and voice, by land and fire,
May what was lost return,
What was broken be mended,
And what was silent be heard.
